The property is well-equipped, clean, and beautifully maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was tidy and spotless, and the surroundings offered stunning views – a perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.

However, there is a major safety hazard in the design of the front steps. The last step leads directly onto a sloped driveway, making it very easy to twist an ankle when stepping down. My wife unfortunately injured her ankle on our second morning here because of this, which caused us to cancel most of our planned skiing and sightseeing activities in Queenstown. Additionally, the lowest step protrudes into the driveway area, and drivers must be extremely cautious to avoid hitting it when parking. The driveway itself is quite steep, and the angle makes it difficult for drivers to clearly see this hazard. To be fair, the host does warn guests about this protruding step before check-in, which is appreciated. However, the sloped ground issue seems to have been overlooked. I believe this should also be clearly communicated before booking, not after cancellation is no longer an option – as that wouldn’t be fair to future guests.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect - with stunning views and easy access to local attractions. Frankton trail and a few cafes/restaurants just a few mins walk. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience Queenstown!

The property exceeded our expectations. We throughly enjoyed our stay as a family. There was nothing we needed, that was already supplied.

Would have been helpful to be able to store our bags somewhere until checking. As we arrived early, and paying $60 to hold our bags at the airport, plus another bus/taxi fare seemed wasteful. So a bit of a bummer to wait with bags.

The views are second to none, so beautiful. We were lucky enough to enjoy fine day, but It did rain for a couple of days during our stay, so the fire place and the view came in handy and just enhanced those rainy days perfectly. It has such a great well appointed and stocked kitchen. It was also great to find little things like sauces etc. in the fridge. Really lovely warm home.

The only thing i would've loved to see is a King sized bed in the main bedroom, and useable bath, otherwise it would've been 5 stars from me
