The views were amazing, very comforting and homely and had everything we needed with our two young children.

The laundry machine was very good

The steep stairs up and down.

Loved the lay out, cleanliness, and view.

Parking was tight but at least it was off road.

Beautiful and spacious. Amazing views. Under 10 min drive from town. We travelled into town via uber (our preference) which cost an average of $22 NZD one way. Spa was lovely. We arrived after 10pm, access was easily gained with lockbox next to the door. (FYI - you walk down 2 flights of stairs to get to the property). Overall nice stay and the owner has put a lot of love into the decor of the property :)

Just minor things like dust on the large mirrors in living/ bedroom & on the coat hangers. Beds were too soft for me, but that’s just my preference.

Great location and perfect for two couples traveling around Queenstown. The beds were very comfortable. The location was nice and quiet and the hot tub was lovely at night. The balcony was lovely for meals together. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer available.

Some things could have been cleaner. Certain surfaces needed a wipe down, the washer needed a clean and the hot tub needed a clean and didn't have a net available so we needed to use a sieve to clean it. The kitchen also was missing a spatula, paper towels and cleaner. The majority of the toilet paper in the basket was moldy, had to throw it away and buy our own. We tried to fill up the hot tub and could not find a tap for the hose to attach to, tried to text the host but they never responded.
