"Zutritt nach 21.30 Uhr verweigert – kein Entgegenkommen, unfreundlicher Ton"

Aufgrund eines Staus wären wir 30 Minuten nach der vereinbarten Ankunftszeit (21:30 Uhr) angekommen. Trotz rechtzeitiger telefonischer Ankündigung wurde uns der Zutritt verweigert und wir sollten uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Es gab keinerlei flexible Lösung (kein Late Check-in, keine Schlüsselhinterlegung) – obwohl die Vermieter im Haus wohnen. So mussten wir nachts kurzfristig Ersatz finden. Besonders negativ fiel der unfreundliche Ton auf („Dann müssen Sie besser planen“, „Lesen Sie die AGBs“). Gastfreundschaft sieht anders aus. Die Unterkunft war bereits bezahlt. Die zugesagte 50% Erstattung haben wir bis heute nicht erhalten. Fazit: Sehr enttäuschend, keine Empfehlung.
