The Annex is a really lovely place to stay, it is comfy and cosy and is ideally located next to the Norfolk Coastal Path! Denise is a lovely host, and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back :)

"The rocket annex"

The annexe is a lovely cozy place to stay very near to cromer and just outside is a lovely walk great for dogs Denise is so helpful friendly on hand if needed we have been twice now and we will be going again we love it

It was just excellent quiet and very relaxing and friendly host very clean and snug just right for 2 people very near local places too visit.

There was nothing bad about our stay would recommend to anyone.

Location was fantastic, perfect for us & our dog! V cosy cottage & just what we needed for a couple of nights!

Think that the times on here need to match up to what the host expects, to prevent misunderstandings. We were told arrival from 2pm by the host, but on booking.com says 12pm & departure 12pm , imagine our surprise when about to leave & pack the car after a lovely two days at 11.10am , to be greeted with ‘ you are going today?’ We explained we thought it was 12pm as it says on here, apparently it shouldn’t say 12 should say 11am!! Would hate for this to happen to anyone else, as it left us a bit sad after a lovely v much needed short break away. Sadly didn’t even say bye to us before we left.

"A lovely retreat by the sea."

Beautiful, quiet location ideal for exploring a little bit of the Norfolk coast. I only stayed for a couple of nights but it had all the facilities you would need for an extended stay. Denise was a welcoming host, and was absolutely right about the view from the bench on the hill.

What can I say? Let's start with WOW. Location was absolutely amazing, right on the coastal path. Beautiful walks, in both directions, right outside the door. Facilities were perfect for our requirements. Denise was a brilliant host & we are definitely planning to return.

Can't put anything here as everything was ideal for our needs
