Cabin was definitely secluded. It was really clean, neat, roomy. Tv in living room was great. Great location for peace and quiet. Perfect for decompressing.

In kitchen, the stove was missing one burner (had been removed) and another burner was inoperable, which made meal prep a challenge. Circular stairs were very cramped with one tread at an odd angle…a concern at our age. Outside steps to lower level rather steep with no hand rail!

The cabin was a secluded cabin with comfortable beds.

When we arrived Friday night the heat was turned off and the cabin was 50 degrees inside. We had our 6 month old grand Baby with us. We were freezing and had to sleep fully clothed with hooded sweatshirts to stay warm. Also upon arrival, when we went into the bathroom someone had urinated in the toilet and left it. It was not clean. If guests are arriving in the wintertime I would suggest the host have the heat on before their arrival. Also they should suggest that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is preferred to get to the cabin location. It was very sketchy driving to cabin at night. It was also very wet and some areas were slippery. Luckily we were in a 4 wheel drive suv. When I sent an email to the host about the heat, he only apologized. There should have been some sort of compensation for our family freezing the first night of our stay. It didn’t even get comfortable until the next morning.
