San Lameer Villa 2112

There was nothing to like at the property. I have previously rented villas at San Lameer, hence the repeat visit, Upon arrival at reception, at approximately 3 pm, I was told that I did not have a booking, despite doing so, paid in full and receiving confirmation a couple of days prior to arrival. After a 28 minute wait, the receptionist took down our details as if it was a new rental. We proceeded to the villa and was met with very untidy and unkempt surroundings. The facilities at the villa were not clean it was evident that our arrival was not prepared for. The Weber braai stand was broken, TV remote back continuing fell off, kitchen dishes not clean and this made the intended stay very uncomfortable. The water in the ablution facilities was brown and one could not even take a shower. Approximately 3 hours later we checked out, in fear of contracting ill health, the local shop was closed, so even getting disposals to eat from was not possible. A truly disappointing experience and a waste of money as we journeyed back home pretty late at night.

Definitely worth visiting again.

Everything was excellent

Very relaxing with the natural beauty and surroundings. The Villa met our every expectations with facilities and animates. Seeing Wildlife was a great bonus.

The property was clean and nicely decorated/nice finishes. Great location and a beautiful estate.

The double bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. Towels provided were ripped

We noticed on arrival the TV had some white markings on it but otherwise all was good
