This booking was cancelled but I did not receive any email informing me of this. I arrived at San Lameer on the day of check-in with my booking.com confirmation form only to find out that San Lameer had no knowledge of the booking.

Facilities were good and well maintained

Dstv was not connected upon check in, we had to request this to be connected. The dstv was disconnected on the day of checkout many hours before the 11am checkout time. Is this acceptable as it is advertised that dstv is available during the duration of ones stay. This might sound trivial but I have a little one who needs entertainment

"The villa was very nice met all our expectations its just a cockroaches in the main room"
