"Excellent"

It was conveniently locate. There were enough beds for our family.

There weren’t many amenities as far as dish soap, sponges, kitchen towels, etc.

Very clean and tidy.

No TV, being told to bring your own HDMI lead a few days before you travel is ludicrous. Misleading advertising of the property.

"Lovely position place just a little dated"

The location was great you can walk into St Andrews for cafe pubs etc and the golf course

The property is a little dated and for us coming back in the dark an outside light would be good

Near to shops and university of St Andrews.

The house need renovation. The bathroom has block sinks, floors in the first floor is very old when walking it is creating noise, bathroom water when having showers went down to the kitchen ceiling wherein it create flood we notified the owner asap we need to clean the water in the floor kichen its not safe . No toilette available, towels are so old and dirty , the fridge has foul odours , the televisions is not working. In my opinion the house is not safe to live and need total renovations .

Angela sent all the info ahead of time about check in. The house is plenty big for a family of 4 or 6. Great kitchen stocked with everything you need.

Could have used another bathroom downstairs near the bedrooms but it was only a slight inconvenience to always go upstairs. Definitely would not deter me from booking again.
