Zandtorini Seaside Cottage

Zandtorini Seaside Cottage is located in a greek style created colony, where all houses looking more or less same, giving a nice holiday feeling. The colony is absolutely safe, having security controlled entrance gate and security service around at night. Access to the beach by foot is easy and only a few meters away. The Cottage itsself is clean and has all a self catering house needs to have. Beds are comfy. Fotos and explanations on Booking are absolutely correct. A plus is the available washing machine. Contact and communication with host Christa were easy with unbeatable hospitality All at all a wonderful stay, highly recommendable and we will try to be back soon!!!

Very well stocked for a self catering location. We liked that the courtyard was well enclosed which made it safe for the young kids to run around, and the braai enclosure was great. Security and location were excellent. Hoping to make this a regular booking!

Beautiful cosy seaside cottage, gives a home from home feel. Completely safe and quiet area, 2 minutes away from the beach, you can hear the sea when around the property. Has every facility and more needed in the house.

Amazing hosts! Excellent service and always available. Everything was in working condition and unit was well equipt. Very enjoyable and memorable stay!

Such a cute cottage. It's like a little fairy house though it's not really little. The cottage has two bedrooms and there is an extra little cottage room in the garden. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfy, the kitchen has everything you need. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a stove. There's DSTV and good Wifi. TV and Wifi are backed up by an inverter during load shedding. But otherwise there's no backup power. But there's enough battery lights and torches for load shedding. Just sit outside and watch the stars while Langezandt gets completely dark. I actually loved those load shedding hours since I never get to see so many stars in the city. And with all the streetlights out it was perfect. Langezandt is very safe and guarded. It's a little village with lovely fishermen cottages. A very short walk to the most beautiful beach from the house. Struisbaai and Agulhas are really lovely places. I could even touch the stingrays in the harbour. It was amazing. Christa is the most wonderful host.

Christa is a brilliant host and made sure we had everything that we needed. She has great suggestions on where to go in the area and when we had a non loadshedding power outage in the area, she went out her way to come around to make sure we knew what was going on and to check we were OK. The property is lovely, it is well equipped and clean and the outdoor braai area is great. There is everything that you need there including an inverter so loadshedding isn't a problem. Even with over 12 hours without power the WiFi was still! We loved the place so much we stayed an extra two nights.

Location was quiet, a short walk to shops, beach, and a very short drive to town… and it was safe from flooding which for the weekend we were there became an important factor!
