Location and space

Tired looking and unloved. Some facilities lacked routine maintenance. Eg Taps window latches floor covering.

Fab location lovely comfy beds

Dirty floor which was Lino could do with new flooring maybe a wooden flooring would give it a more warmly feel. Boiler was noisy.

The space and layout of the property was great, really good for a family of 8

The property was very dated, old lino flooring throughout, 2nd double glazed windows, old decor. Better, modern flooring and updated decor would have improved it 100% It was like walking back into the 1970's ... especially the very old and tired Christmas tree!!

The property was in a good location and was spacious. It was comfortable and the 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets were particularly welcome for a party of 7. The big collection of Duplo was a great hit with our grandchild!

The property smelt rather musty when we arrived and needed to be aired. The kitchen knives were blunt and very difficult to use. The recycling bin was nearly full and we had to take our recyclable waste away with us.
