"Great location, very peaceful."

5.0

The location was wonderful, very peaceful and fantastic being in the North Warren Bird sanctuary. It looked as though the downstairs toilet was recently fitted as the shower room upstairs.

In general the property was comfortable but very grubby and had not been cleaned for some time. Many cobwebs all over the house and woodwork on doorframes and skirting boards were dirty and just needed to be washed. The curtain in the lounge was hanging off the rail and the rings were broken and needed replacing to attach it properly. Not sure why this was not done as there were some curtain hooks in the draw in the Utility room. The kitchen floor was dirty as well.
