The cottage is lovely , the upstairs rooms are very comfortable . The river at the back is a bonus

The neighbours left us feeling a bit threatened with a large sign saying parking is only for residents only. Lots of staring with no smiles . They left two rubbish bags outside our back gate . The parking on the narrow road isn't easy . The local chinese takeaway was very bad . Tinned meat had been used ??? The downstairs sofa bed was a bit stained and not very comfortable .

Comfy beds, friendly hosts, lots of info and leaflets about the area, central to what I wanted to see, felt like home by the end. Waterfalls!!!! Pet friendly.

Access to the river, but was explained before we arrived. Just a shame, that's all. Also the bins were full so I wasn't sure whether to put ours out or not. My friend mentioned about some of the cleanliness on arrival e.g. cup stains on the tables. So we tried to clean up when we left for the next people. Not a massive deal though to me.
