The stay was extremely comfortable, large space and nice to return to after a busy day. It had everything we needed, definitely recommend!

The location was good. The rooms were large and the bedroom had good airconditioning

The kitchen and lounge was very hot as it had no airconditioning

Nice soap, simple decor, minimalist, functional, walking distance to c de los frailes

The place is a hot house, no ventilation, in nor out, no air conditioning in the house, except the bedroom, extremely uncomfortable, unacceptable, unliveable. You cannot leave doors open as screen doors to street are not secured, not even a latch! No water pressure, barely a dribble from bathroom faucet and kitchen faucet...shower was sufficient, only gravity fed, no pressure. Hardly enough to brush our teeth, not enough to wash hands or face or dishes. We cannot recommend the place.

the location is excellent, close to the ado station and to the main plaza. The place is spacious and clean. And roger was quick to help and assist us.

The street can be a bit loud sometimes, nothing truly horrible. Sometime in the middle of a short shower the hot water ran out.

Outdated furniture and floor has not been cleared properly - my 1y old son is crawling and his feet/hands were really dirty after crawling in the living room and bedroom. Toilet was broken when we arrived, but it was fixed one day later.

Clean and spacious.

No window. No supply of filtered water. Only one toilet roll for two people for 4 nights! There was no kitchen roll.

Great location, close to the bus terminal and downtown. Quite spacious with a lovely patio in the back. The owner was always available on the phone and provided all the assistance I needed

The only negative point I would mention is the lack of hot water. Apparently the heater went off. Also, there are lots of dogs barking all night and cocks waking you up at 3, 4, 5… AM.
