We loved the location and the outlook out to sea. We also enjoyed the proximity to eating places. We were able to walk into Felixstowe

We found the seating in the lounge quite uncomfortable for lounging around. We also found the beds too soft but this is just personal preference

"Lovely cosy stay. Clean property in a great location to walk to the beach and amusesments."

Great location, easy parking, quiet area close to the sea, Beach Street (Great for street food and craft beers) and arcade amusements. Quickly onto the A14 dual carriageway to visit the local area. Hosts Benji and Leah were informative and responded quickly to any questions.
