Lovely well equipped cottage in a very peaceful setting. Very clean and homely with friendly and helpful owners who allowed us to gain access early on our day of arrival. The gas wood burner in the lounge very cosy in the evening and we enjoyed watching the alpacas next door from the conservatory. The provision of cleaning items, washing tablets, tumble drier sheets etc most welcome. We will definitely return.

The mattress in the single room needs replacing as very noisy and has a large dip in it. Also the shower head could perhaps be bigger to suit the high water pressure. The toilet downstairs over flushes so the board has to be removed and the plunger pushed down manually on occasions. None of the above bothered us really just a few helpful suggestions.

Excellent property and location. Fantastic facilities and very clean. All the beds were comfortable to sleep in. We were a party of 6 with 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for us all. Loved the extras, especially the ones for the dogs.

Parking only enough for 2 cars but we managed. Would have been good to know this before hand. Otherwise can't fault the property.

Good location , well equipped , excellent host

Didn’t appear to been cleaned very well prior to our arrival. The bedding was very creased although clean it didn’t look good.

Considering we were charged 150 pounds for cleaning, I felt it did spoil our experience. Dust and grime on top of the fridge. Cup rings on both bed side tables. ( main bedroom) .just not as clean as it should have been for a high end experience.

It was very cosy, and welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed including some complementary tea and biscuits. We loved the peace and quiet- the stars at night were phenomenal, and also enjoyed the neighbouring al pacas and Pygmy goats!

There was nothing to dislike. I would definitely stay there again, we are already thinking about this! The downstairs loo needs some attention on the flush though as it didn’t stop running on occasion.
