Little Cub Cottage - Mtn Views & Community Pools

It was beautiful inside and out.

The temperature was preset in the house. It was hot most of the time and the dishwasher would only start one time for me. So I gave up and washed the dishes by hand. Also I had to wash most of the dishes in the cabinet before using them due to feeling greasy.

The place was clean, and had a very nice view. The quiet was also a nice bonus.

We had thought that the place was supposed to have a hot tub. Needless to say, we were disappointed to not find one. The light was out in the staircase. I found extra lightbulbs and replaced it myself.

The property was clean and spacious. There was ample space for parking and it was easy to get cars in and out. The oven pans were in excellent shape.

The downstairs bathroom sink was very slow draining and would back up when washing hands. The shower doors had no seals to keep water from pooling in the floor. This required extra towels to soak up. All frying pans in kitchen were warped. The sleeper sofa collapses if you put too much weight at the top.

The place it was very in good community

I like everything about the cabin and the environment it was wonderful

The location is nice and secluded. Beautiful trees around the homes.

The homes are so close to each other that if you have a not so great tenant move in next door you can be bothered, we had someone leave their two dogs at home while they left and they barked from 9a - 3p nonstop and I could hear it in the upstairs bedroom pretty loud. The upstairs bedroom windows don’t have screens so you can’t open them for some fresh air. There are mice in the house, particularly in the upstairs bathroom, once I realized this was an issue I made sure to zip up all my toiletries because they crawled in all of them the first two nights, then put a lounger cushion to cover the opening on the bottom of the door with heavy things so they couldn’t get into the bedroom at night. They crawled on all the kitchen stuff and dining table leaving poop everywhere so it had to be wiped clean daily and no food left open. Though the area is cute, the bears roam all day so you really can’t take a walk around the neighborhood, we ran into them 3 times and slowly retreated within a few minutes of walking around. There’s definitely not enough supplies provided, and the ones that are are very cheap. Would be nice to have a small convenient store at the golf course for travel sized items like salt pepper ketchup dish washer laundry etc. having to bring those items or forced to buy full sized items at the store that’s 25 mins away is very inconvenient and wasteful. Particularly dishwasher pods, will def use it more than the one packet provided and buying a full size at the store is very inconvenient. Being that mice are an issue, normal or not, having antibacterial wipes and a vacuum provided would be nice rather than sitting on the living room rug and discovering mouse poop on your socks. Def need indoor shoes just for that aspect. The house itself is very creaky. Doors could use some WD-40 and you can hear all of the footsteps happening around the house including those downstairs when you’re upstairs.

Beds could've been a little softer but I prefer a really soft mattress

We loved the space and separated rooms. Also the kitchen was great.

Two of the TVs did not work. The one in the living room and one in the back bedroom that leads to outside. Also there was no mountain view because of the trees.

They removed deposit down from my account without telling me with any email and they don't answer when I call few things I don't like it when we go inside and check if everything is fine the window in the laundry was unlocked and open and the window in the front bedroom was unlock and the two windows at the front off the house was unlocked and the back door in the living room was unlocked
