"We had a good time"

Rates, the security deposit and massive amount of rules and their explanations and excuses for an overall under average service and amenities that I didn’t reciieve until after booked, communication on check in and cabin location. The check in and check out times made the length of stay not worth the cost of the stay. The apparent lack of even any small attempt of real customer service. (This place did not even supply one free cup of copy for in the morning) The misinformation on check in process had me frantically searching for a non existing alarm that was supposed to be unarmed within 1 minute of opening door or the cops were coming. The poor attempt of basic cleaning of the place All I can say is I will never go back and it was not even close being worth what we paid
