The location was good.

The property advertisement was misleading stating there were two bathrooms when in fact the second bathroom was a shower and toilet in a laundry room attached to the outside of the house. This meant going out of the house and walking 7 metres to the laundry room which was not appropriate in the rain or at night. There was no vanity or soap in the laundry room to use either. Additionally in the kitchen the tea jars weren't topped up and there was nothing in the coffee jar except a few coffee granules that had gone mouldy. There were no flannels, or soap in the shower and the hand wash container on the vanity was empty which we were able to partly fill with what was left in a refill container in the cupboard underneath. Also no dish cloth in the kitchen.

2 bathrooms Plenty of linen, towels

The new single beds, need toppers on. Very hard. Outside area needs better comfortable chairs.
