"Cosy cottage in the best location…"

Having stayed in Whitstable many times over the years, The Lobster Pot is a place we’d happily return to. Its location couldn’t be more convenient for enjoying everything the town has to offer, and the cottage itself has a wonderfully cosy, home‑from‑home feel. Communication from the owners is outstanding. We highly recommend it and are already looking forward to booking our next Whitstable break in this adorable cottage.

Location to the sea front, all the social focus - restaurants and bars on the doorstep, convenience.

Parking but couldn’t be helped tbh , noisy kicking out time from the local bar but it was double edged as we loved being near the place to visit ;)

"One of the best holiday lets in Whitstable"

The Lobster Pot was like a home from home. It had everything that we needed and is in the most amazing location. We have stayed in a lot of places in Whitstable and we will definitely be going back here.

That I hadn’t booked to stay longer.

Location is brilliant, perfect for seaside walks, shopping and restaurants. Property had everything we needed. Nice to have a small outside space that caught the sun

All great. Parking can be tricky in high season but just get there in plenty of time to find a space

Loved how cosy it was and absolutely superb location. We were using it primarily as a base to do an Ultra hike from Swale back to Whitstable so just spent evenings there before we went and after we returned! Lots of hot water for showers. Lovely comfortable beds.

Stained pillowcases, black short hairs on pillowcases. Couldn’t get enough hot water to run for a bath even following guidance of not turning hot tap on fully. Small bath and hard to access for a 6ft person. Quality of decor running a little tired - bath sealant untidy, bath taps dripping from undersurface.
