Check in time could be 1 hr later , but apart from that . All good .

Recently renovated very clean, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped purpose-built flat in quiet residential location about 20 mins walk from station, town centre and beach. Parking space a huge bonus. As was small patio garden. Not a bijou Whitstable property if that's what you're looking for but it suited our needs extremely well. We had a problem trying to work out how the shower worked and someone came round to help within minutes.

Didn't have any grouses - apart from initial difficulties working out how shower worked but help on hand within minutes.

Perfectly placed, short walk into Whitstable. Lovely flat, easy parking. Had everything we needed. Had a slight issue with the hot water but someone came out almost immediately to solve it .

It was all good…

The apartment was bright, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen was cozy but functional and the cooker was efficient and did its job well unlike some locations. Beds and sofa were large and comfortable. The television was great if you want Netflix, Prime or You Tube, but Sky was unusable. The yard was useful with dogs in the party. Parking was fine for a smaller car (but see below). The location was ideal for both the North Kent Coast and Canterbury

The apartment would benefit from a teapot and tea cosy. The attitude of neighbours when we were loading to leave. Having had a small car in the parking bay whilst we were visiting, we brought up the larger one to pack, it overhung and within 2" we were asked to move it!

Superbly presented flat with good access to town and station and the parking space is a real benefit.

In the smaller bedroom neighbours very noisy at night tv really loud going up and down and raised voices damp smell in the bathroom and property parking space extremely small I only have a little car had to move bins to get onto driveway I think this should be pointed out when booking as a usually drive a larger car and would not have fitted in drive way without causing problems for other people owing property’s I think this has been pointed out by other people The tv needs to have instructions on how to use as very complicated without signing into my own account should be able to turn on and watch atleast free view channels without all the complication of watching it through sky I travelled with my 81 year old mother and she couldn’t work the tv

The flat is well-presented and well-equipped. Residents are lovely, as in most roads in Whistable.

This is a very small purpose-built flat, which was identified only as a "holiday home" in one of the shabbiest parts of Whitstable, with a very small parking space. An estate car or an SUV simply wouldn't fit. There is no spare off-road parking spaces in the road and parking is about 200 yards away. The pavements are full of dog poo. We had to cancel a family celebration at the flat because it was so small. Very expensive for the area and time of year and for the size of the flat, the area, and the very small parking space. We drove for six hours to get to Whitstable, only to cancel the very thing we travelled down for.
