Pas de 2ème chambre : lit dans le coin cuisine pas top. Une voiture se gare en marche arrière devant la terrasse avec la seule table à manger : les gaz d'échappement au petit déjeuner ou au dîner, vraiment pas top

Corinne was friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately the room I stayed in was not clean. There were stains, cobwebs and a strange smell. The AC unit had mold in it, there were ants everywhere and cockroaches. There was even a dead cockroach on the windowsill. Also no soap. The location itself was not very inviting. Garbage in the streets, stray dogs and homeless people. I know this is the tropics but in this case I absolutely had to cancel my stay there. I didn't even stay one night. I'm sure if Corinne fixes the problems it's a better place to stay. Edit: Corinne offered another room but I refused due to the circumstances at the apartment.

I liked the location, it was so easy to get around with everything you need nearby. Corinne gave ideas of where to get local foods as well as tourist best restaurants nearby. The quiet at night was great, and the window shutters, solid windows, and door ensured a dark, quiet night for sleep. A new fridge was not noisy, which was great. I did not use the stove, so I can not comment on it. Well equipped for what I needed. It was lovely and clean. The space is compact without being crowded or feeling confined

The shower was small, and the curtain sticks to you when you move. The shower head kept falling forward, and only half the water holes actually had water come out, and the pressure was low. The balcony was not really a balcony but formed part of the walkway to the room door. The bed had a few springs forming lumps, but I still slept well each night. The remote for changing channels was not working, but the buttons on the front of the box worked fine, 4 English channels, multiple French channels.

We get upgraded room which was more expensive then we payed,the owner was very polite and we were free to ask for anything.
