The beds and pillows are comfortable. There are 2 washing machines. Spacious enough for 3A-2C. There were no Aircon in both bedrooms but it felt cool in end May -early June, so no Aircon is required. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets has been renovated so it looked remodeled. The sleep quality is average but not bad.

The place didn't felt clean based on Japanese standards. The insides of the kitchen cabinets were unclean and the some of the pots and pans were dirty before used. There were rice grains in the cabinets and also very old and stained for some cooking wares. I would suggest refreshing some of the dirty and rusted ones. We had to thoroughly washed all the cooking utensils, some plates and bowl before usage.

This house is located in the nice and clean little town of Kiyosato. The house has a large kitchen with pretty much all kitchen stuff you need.

The carpet is quite old.
