I did not get to stay not even one night for the reasons explained below. The hotel was situated upon the hill, there was no access to any stores only by car, which is okay.

Booking.com should double check the services/amenities advertised or provided by this hotel as I was misled. I paid a high daily rate to stay for 4 days mostly for the access to the pool amenities only to find out that the pool was not intended only for the residents of this hotel but to everyone from the around villages willing to pay a 5 EUR entrance fee for the use of the pool. The pool of course was not so big to accommodate everyone, it was always full and therefore impossible to use with so many people in it, let alone have a swim .... I am therefore asking why the fact that every single day there was an open pool bar in the facilities, that the hotel adminisration failed to mention it, on booking. com site and why it was concelead. When I asked the hotel the same question they said to me that we did not mention the pool was private. Yes, dears, you failed to mention it, but you did not also mention that there was an open pool bar too!!!!!!!! I had to leave without staying even one night, my holidays of 4 days were ruined, and when i asked that a part of the money i have paid should be refunded in good faith, the hotel manager declined and said there is nothing to be done due to the policy of Booking. com. And that is where you come in also , booking.com because you did not check if the services advertised were true. I have been in a similar situation where i had to leave because of a serious family issue, but I got a refund.

Καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με πανέμορφη θέα, ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο, υπέροχος περιβάλλοντας χώρος επίσης πεντακάθαρος και περιποιημένος, ευγενέστατοι, εξυπηρετικοί και φιλόξενοι όλοι στο προσωπικό. Μας καθάριζαν και μας συμμάζευαν το δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα, μας άλλαζαν σεντόνια και πετσέτες μέρα παρά μέρα και δύο φορές που χρειάστηκε να διορθώσουν κάτι που χάλασε το έκαναν άμεσα. Τέλος ήταν πολύ φιλικοί με το κατοικίδιο μας. Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχω μείνει σε καλοκαιρινές διακοπές. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και θα τα ξαναπούμε σίγουρα!!

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μας ενόχλησε.

Kleine Anlage. Eigentlich wenig Gäste. Geräumiger Bungalow. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Der Pool wurde an auswärtige Personen vermietet. Nachmittags und Abends waren viele fremde Gäste da. An 3 Nachmittagen bzw. Abenden waren 3 Kindergeburtstage. Wir hätten gerne auch mal in der Anlage gegessen. Es war uns aber zu viele Kinder und Erwachsene da.

The drink prices at the bar are excessive. The air conditioning in the lounge was very noisy.
