8 Opera Suites, Llangollen

Superb cottage in a great location minutes from the centre of Llangollen. If you like corporate hotel rooms, and plain magnolia paint, this is not the place for you. The whole cottage is an interior design classic, all themed around the opera. Everywhere you look there is something new to see and the creativeness of the owners is fantastic. Also lots of little nice touches that we weren't expecting made the stay that little bit more special. Would highly recommend and go back there again.

A very quirky cottage in a fabulous location and having a parking permit was a real bonus.

Very quirky, very clean, hosts made sure we had all the essentials for a cuppa, and left us a delicious cake

We were on scooters, although parking was close, I always feel better when bikes are locked up on the property.. but it didn’t detract from our stay.

The location was perfect for us, the cottage was quirky interesting decor, the host was very helpful sending a video of arrival plans and generously left an array of treats that made our welcome extra special. The parking permit was a valuable advantage

Good communication from owners with helpful videos showing the area and where to park. Stunning interior, very theatrical and quirky. Location excellent, 5 minute walk into town, lots of lovely cafes and bars. A bottle of wine and a lemon cake were waiting our arrival. Milk in the fridge and plenty of tea and coffee provided. Beds were comfortable.

Some might struggle with the steep staircase. Although beautiful, the Chesterfield leather settees are not comfortable for relaxing..
