"Two bedroom character gem in the best spot in Lyme."

This character-filled cottage has the perfect location in Lyme, midway between the Cobb and the village on the absolute beach front. The views are incredible. It is an antique but well-appointed, with clear explanations as to how everything works.

Nothing, really. But this is a venerable building - so if you’re not into stairs, sloping floors and you mind the occasional cobweb, this property might not be for you.

This amazing cottage is all about location, location! You are virtually on the sea front and you can hear the sea and see it from your bedroom and the lounge, amazing and relaxing.

The cleanliness and home comforts and of course the location. Right on the front with a perfect view and sounds of the sea. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Also a good base for exploring Dorset and East Devon. This was our second stay at Dolphin Cottage and we have already booked for next year 😀

"I loved the place most enjoyable short stay of three days"

Location, style of decoration, proximity to dining establishments

Garbage disposal is a problem in Lyme, it did not affect us as we did all our eating outside of the property and manufactured a small quality of rubbish which we took with us on departurebut I think that should be looked after by house keeping considering the star rating of the property.
