Little Eden Country Park, Bridlington with Private Hot Tubs

Location- used this site a variety of times now.

We had no hot water from Monday- Thursday. A leaking boiler, a rat problem in the cabin, no members of staff to seek help from. No one answers when ringing the emergency numbers.

Nothing.

The hygiene standards. No hot tub access even though paid for and was promised. Communication with host was appalling - non existent pretty much.

Lovely hot tub, ready to go upon arrival. Rooms were clean and spacious Nice bathroom with tub

Fireplace did not work, and when contacted reception they were too busy to help. Disappointed. Blinds unable to roll back up once down, as all the strings were removed. Could do with some TLC on the outside deck and entry area

It's the details once you get in there, bucket under the boiler as it was leaking so woke up in a morning to that room drenched and having to keep emptying using towels to dry it, woke up middle of the night to the back door wide open because that doesn't shut properly when you walked in the kitchen the unit falls down, hot water tap isn't hot unless it literally drips on low.. took 1.5 hours to run half a bath I did message on here asking because we was coming for Christmas and had small children did I need to bring my own decorations I had a reply that ever lodge had a decorated tree ( it never). Remotes for bedroom tvs don't work. was just a shame as we chose to spend are Christmas here just feel abit let down

The hot tub was dirty and wasn’t ready to use when we arrived. The bed sheets were dirty, the radiators in the bathrooms were leaking. The boiler was not working
