"Great stay for a quick adventure in the Brecons."

Great location, really felt remote and a bit of an adventure. Exactly what we were looking for. Great use of space and a fab big dining table. Host is really friendly but also just let you enjoy the stay.

Weather was very Welsh ! But hey was February.

"Great barn in the Welsh countryside"

Fabulous converted Barn with great facilities, spacious and comfortable. Would be great views in the summer too.

Nothing to dislike, but be aware it's a single track road for the last section of the journey, and a steep climb. The instructions provided though were super useful.

Very clean and comfortable property situated in a remote and peaceful location.Well equipped for a self catering stay.Highly recommended.

The property is very remote and the access roads to it are very narrow.Great care is needed when driving to it and other motorists are not always considerate sadly.

The best view and scenery near the Black Mountains. Loved the open plan downstairs and comfortable lounge suite. Plenty of information about the area and where to eat and some fascinating books on the history of the area.

The off-road lane to reach the property was a challenge for our Ford Fiesta but no damage sustained and well worth the journey.

"A superb countryside retreat."

The cottage was thoughtfully provisioned, clean, spacious yet cozy and felt like a home away from home. It was located in the countryside in a wonderfully bucolic and pastoral setting with delightful hikes to nearby hill tops with intriguing views just out the front door. Quiet, peaceful yet just a short drive to Brecon National Park and other worthwhile destinations. Hosts were warm and supportive and surprised us with welcoming treats. Hosts were careful to ensure that our directions to find the cottage were easy to follow. Next time, we'll plan to stay much longer!
