"Perfect!!!!"

The location is perfect for travelling to Exeter City shopping or sight seeing. Only a 10 minute drive to Tiverton or Cullompton for your local amenities. Beautiful surroundings and space especially for our 2 small dogs. Burnhaies provided a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed to hand. Hils made us most welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We look forward to visiting again.

Gorgeous farm cottage, so comfortable , warm and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to feel truly at home in the beautiful surrounding countryside. The hosts were lovely and left some welcome bread, milk, butter, jam etc, including bubbly and kindle for the fire, as we arrived late. Everything about our weekend was amazing, restful, revitalising and fun. Thank you!

"Our Stay in Devon"

The Farm House Cottage was charming , immaculately presented and in a wonderful country setting . Lovely decking area to enjoy a drink at the end of the day and great facilities within the cottage .

it was so clean and modern. the coach house has an amazing interior and the views from the balcony are unbelievable !! it was so peaceful and the owners are so welcoming.

Nothing!!!! well we wished we booked longer stay.
