Cosy Flint Cottage

The property was tastefully modernised but still kept the original features, it was a pleasure to stay in such an old property and imagine all the lives that had been in there up to date.

We found it a little bit too warm but that’s just because we didn’t spend the time to understand the thermostat - that’s not an issue with the property at all. The underfloor heating was a treat.

This is truely an exceptional property. The owners provide so many extras even down to a bowl of sweets on the kitchen table. There was tea, coffee, milk all provided. The location in a lovely village setting with the South Downs behind for walks is perfect. A lovely friendly pub serving food and welcomes dogs nearby. Highly recommend this property.

Cosy comfy little cottage. Had everything we needed. Excellent location for the hiking we did. Would definitely stay again😊

The cottage was so sweet, the decor was beautifully done. The under floor heating a mega bonus. The whole place was absolutely spotless! Which is so rare these days. We would love to come stay again when we visit family again in the future.
