The house was fantastic! The view, the size, the bathrooms, the living areas and all the additions, just superb. Close to down, short7 steep walk or $10 in Uber, too easy. We all loved it and will definitely be back!

When asking questions of managing company we didn't always get a direct answer, seemed like auto generated answers that didn't hit the mark. The one time I rang, the fellow answering didn't seem to understand what we meant and did not resolve the issue. The main problem we had was the inability to change the heating temperatures. We found it to be quite warm and stuffy despite the cold temps outside. Suggest the temps be lowered a couple of degrees.

Fabulous location and so well appointed. Property has everything you want

The fact that even though I booked through Booking.com I had to be confirmed thru Bachcare. They were absolutely useless and it took me 6 international phone calls costing $30 and almost 3 weeks to finally get my booking confirmed!! BACHCARE ARE A NIGHTMARE
