Bed on ground floor very soft. No block out curtain on second bedroom on third floor.

This apartment is perfect for our group of 7 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 floor-heated bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, plus 2 outdoor sitting areas. The view of the lake and mountains is incredible. Communication with the team is also seamless. They sent us detailed information about the check-in/out, and responded to our request promptly. They even contacted us after check-out when the housecleaner found a pair of AirPod and offered to post to us if it’s ours.

The driveway to the apartment is very steep, so we parked our MPV on the roadside, which is absolutely fine. It’s half an hour walk to Queenstown center but with car, only 5 minutes.
