The staff provides no service and language are very inappropriate to its customer. There is no service at all :( and facilities such like laundry facilities, dryers etc are very dangouse.. the whole apartment is not meet the money that we've paid... Sorry, very bad experience...

The location is convenient to queenstown.

The place not very clean. I found hairs on the bed sheet. The garage was flooded and one of the light in garage is not working.

Great location. Lovely house. Adequate contact from host. Lovely option to use the turning platform and turn the car around easier.

Foul smell throughout the house more often in the mornings but would linger through the day, kind of smelt like a plumbing issue of some sort - did let the owners know but no response. Heat pump wouldn’t really heat up however the added heater was great! Also requested an hour earlier check in and was declined. Requested an hour later checkout and declined again so don’t get your hopes up if your flight gets delayed or is early, however, I understand it’s not a requirement of the hosts to offer it. Car garage door got stuck after first remote control use and had to be lifted manually which wasn’t too much of an issue. The cleaning request is a bit cheeky given how much you get charged per night.

I loved the turntable!!! That took away so much stress of how to turn the car around safely down the steep driveway. Loved the layout of the apartment too, it was a nice apartment and could see a little bit of the lake from the balcony.

Minor things - The main bathroom has a weird smell in there. Also the cleaners need to clean the shower skirting in between the bathroom cupboard and shower door as that looks like it hasn’t been done in some time.

It was an average stay.

Very dated inside, sink was filthy, washing facilities very dated and damaged. Beds were very uncomfortable and springs in the back. No basic amenities in the kitchen for the price of the accomodation you’d expect a clean bin, topped up washing facilities and powders etc. also the body wash in the shower basically empty, just felt very rushed. Communication was very straight forward and abrupt from host via app. Especially the mix up with the car on the driveway threatening to be towed if not moved. Could have been dealt much better and professional with manners. A member of the group staying found long black hairs in the bed before they went to sleep (neither of them have black hair).
