Breakfast was great! Thanks to the hosts for leaving a nice local food basket and a welcome card. Nice touch! We were able to enjoy a simple breakfast meal each morning. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t do much cooking. Location was spot on. Easy to get in touch with the host.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. WiFi was very spotty. Didn’t find the guide book that was mentioned on the card but not a bid deal. Didn’t receive key code from booking.com. Had to reach out to the hosts but they were very responsive..

Once the big ticket items are taken care of (clean, warm, hot shower, comfy bed) it really is the little things that make the difference and The Cottage does this so well. Every little thoughtful detail make our stay not only warm and cozy, but an absolute pleasure. I wish we had booked for longer, we will be back.
