Lucy is extremely easy to communicate and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Very convenient location, close to the station and supermarkets. We were welcomed by a bottle of wine, biscuits and crisps. Super clean and detailed directions / guidance.

Having only one bathroom for a house that big was a bit of a challenge, and the pressure on the shower is not great.

The cottage is very cute and fairly clean, The bedrooms are lovely, especially the kids ones. The yard is nice to sit in and living room is very comfortable.

1. The property is slightly dated for £510 per a night. 2. The shower head was mouldy so had to give the shower a miss. 3. The bed linens were nice and clean but not crisp , we expected more. 4. I confirmed that we will be arriving 6 rather than 7 so the accommodation was made for 6 which is fine but no refund was offered. 5. Just across from the road there is a social club which can get a bit loud , especially on warm days when you open the windows. 6. The property has 4 lovely bedrooms, 2 double and 2 singles but one of the singles can only be accessed through one of the double bedrooms, if my eldest would have joined us we would had an issue. 7. Before getting into the property we needed to transfer a £300 deposit which is almost 60% of the overall cost so too excessive in our opinion and should be highlighted upon booking because the refund is not guaranteed before 14 days so you need to prepare to be parted from it for that period, we did receive ours 2 days after checking out though.

Easy check-in, communicative hosts, clean property and central location within walking distance to shops and a bar.

The 4x extra beds (fold out matts) are thin and somewhat uncomfortable to sleep on. I'd suggest having these replaced with thicker mattresses.
