Das Vakantiehuis Rosa liegt im Groenpark Simpelveld, einem typisch niederländischem Ferienhauspark. Auch wenn die Anlage vielleicht ihre besten Tage hinter sich hat, ist sie schön gelegen und gut gepflegt. Das Vakantiehuis Rosa ist die linke Hälfte eines Doppelhauses und liegt ganz am Ende einer Hausreihe; direkt an dem den Park umgebenden Grüngürtel. Dieser schützt recht gut vor den Geräuschen der nahen Nationalstraße. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist bequem und zweckmäßig. Alles hat funktioniert, wie es sollte. Außensitzgelegenheiten an beiden Zugängen sind vorhanden. Man findet also immer ein schönes Plätzchen zum draußensitzen. Im Park geht man freundlich miteinander und es ist immer angenehm ruhig. Der Ortseingang Simpelveld ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt.

Jahreszeitlich bedingt habe ich erstmal zum Besen gegriffen, um die Außenbereiche von Vegetationsresten zu befreien. Dies ist aber bei Bäumen in der Nähe unvermeidbar und daher keine echte Kritik.

Prachtig plekje aan de bosrand.

Op de slaapkamers erg licht door korte gordijnen. Misschien een idee Om daar rolgordijnen bij voor te doen.
