Schöne Zimmer- & Raumaufteilung. Gute Lage.

Leider nicht sehr sauber, teilweise sehr heruntergekommen oder sogar einzeln Dinge defekt (Backofen).

Location ideal for exploring South West Mallorca and good amount of space inside house. Close facilities ie bar restaurants and little shop.

Unfortunately no kettle and oven took a little bit of trial and error to get working. Slippery in wet to access key box. Parking a bit of walk away.

"Vivienda rural cómoda junto al jaleo"

En general la vivienda e instalaciones aceptables, aunque mejorables al 100%. La chimenea lo mejor. Ubicación buena, aunque algo también bueno pero que es un arma de doble filo, es que tiene muy cerca 2 restaurantes. Esto genera mucho ruido al salir fueron los clientes y gritar.

El.mobiliario tipo sofás, sillones, sillas, viejo, gastado y parecía sucio. Puedo entender que es una casa para alquiler antigua, pero no que tenga mobiliario en ese estado de deterioro. Las almohadas, para mi gusto, delgadas y finas, pero es cuestión de gusto. Falta de pintura y de reparación de paredes y otros elementos como cajas eléctricas, mecanismos, etc.. Aparcamiento difícil o casi imposible, y eso que fuimos en Octubre, no me quieto imaginar en verano.

"Buena ubicación para no tan buenas condiciones"

La ubicación. El pueblo resulta bastante tranquilo para alojarse y además cercano a otras ubicaciones y calas de interés.

La limpieza deja bastante que desear. Es un alojamiento antiguo para el precio por el que se oferta. Algunos electrodomésticos como la tostadora no funcionan y otros utensilios se encuentran algo sucios. Los muebles de terraza bastante viejos y desgastados. Exceptuando las habitaciones de la última planta algo más reformadas, el resto resultan bastante antiguas y desgastadas. Comentamos sobre el baño de abajo que perdía algo de agua y se encharcaba y nos dijeron que iban a pasar pero finalmente no lo hicieron.
