The concept of staying in a farm is great, specially for children to learn how a dairy farm operates. The staff was kind. The sizes of the cottages vary so the feeling will not only depend on which one you would stay but also the size of the group. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is also subjective, as it's sligtly far from a main road connection but people may like the isolation for longer stays.

We felt that some of the cottages need a furniture renovation, specially regarding beds, as the mattresses started to show their age. One of the cottages at the ground was too open and exposed (maybe it was converted to cottage from a previous shop or similar) loosing the sense of privacy. Finally, cleaning was a weak point, with bedsheets inadequate for a accomodation standards and apparently not changed or washed when we stayed

Linda the owner was welcoming..cottage was clean and comfortable. I slept well comfy bed first time in years! If i needed anything just needed to ask.
