Lovely and warm for our arrival. All easy and organised.

Would have liked a plentiful supply of coffee for the plunger. A bit mean not to have that?

This property was exceptional in every way. Totally recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in the area

Location good

Not familiar with your system. Couldn't open the key box and had to ask for help. There should be someone around who could assist or explain how it works!. We wasted a lot of time. We were very tired and the last thing we expected was to run around for someone who could help. Very embarrassing. Change your system and make sure there is always someone handy to help Bathroom - no shelves in the shower cubicle for soap, Shower gel etc. We had to put the stuff on the floor. Carrying heavy luggage to the bedrooms upstairs was quiet an effort! There again very poor planning. We didn't get our money's worth!! We asked for 2 full Bathrooms and discovered 1 upstairs and just a toilet and a hand basin downstairs. There were 4 of us and we specifically asked for TWO bathrooms as some of us do not like sharing.

Beautiful property, everything we needed

Quite pricey for what it was, no tv in bedroom but wasn’t a big deal. Only issue we really had was cleaning staff were still there at 3:30pm when check in was meant to be 3 and they were very rude rather than apologetic which wasn’t a good way to start our holiday
