"Perfectly located for everything Lyme has to offer"

Loved the location and the decor. Contact from owners was very good and helpful (thankfully, because Booking.com didn't send keysafe/access details until the day AFTER we arrived!) Lovely welcome basket with amazing goodies Very comfortable beds. Can hear the sea from the apartment. Secret stairs to beachfront and pathway to the main street so best of both worlds. Really ideal for a little getaway with family. Loved the little lobby with the window seat was gorgeously warm after a blowy walk. New seating since pictures ... very comfortable! Lots of people have described this apartment as a hidden gem and that's exactly what it is.

As mentioned in other reviews the parquet flooring is very loose but also very beautiful and may be prohibitively expensive to repair. Stairs and pathway to property are uneven, just need to take care.

Excellent location: equidistant from the town and beach. Light, bright and comfortable surroundings. Clean and fresh.

Slight issue with the hot water initially however, Marie was lovely and dealt with the issue effectively.

Posizione centrale e con accesso diretto al lungomare. Appartamento bello, spazioso e pulito. Ottimo il caffè.

La gente che abita sopra inizia a saltare sul pavimento la mattina presto rendendo il dormire impossibile.

Beautiful flat, spacious in both living room and bedrooms, nice decor, very central (one row back from middle of beach, via 'secret door') and other entrance perfect for High St access,, comfy beds.

I'm asthmatic so prefer neutral smelling bedding to ones with fabric softener. Wife and daughter could barely smell it though. Flat 1 has noise of people on floor upstairs.

"Convenient little apartment."

The apartment was clean. Very comfortable and well equipped. Great position and handy for all amenities. The response from the owners to any questions was very quick and helpful.

The access pathway was very uneven and also the steps down to the beach were quite steep and slippery when wet. A bit of a problem for people with mobility problems or young children.
