The location was good although in the winter the steps are a bit steep and uneven.

The property had quite a lot of little things that were either broken or worn! The sofa’s need replacing, the floor definitely needs some attention. Problems with the freezer and the lights, apparently there was a way to Put the lights on but absolutely no instructions in the property about anything. it needs a bit of tlc and updating.
