The house was beautiful mixing a traditional Cretan style with modern convenience. It was exceptionally clean and everything worked perfectly. The location is great. It is a 30min walk to the old town, 15min walk to swim at the beach. The location allowed us to experience living around locals too not just tourists, and many cute cats, beautiful flowers and trees were around. The owner was so so helpful, responsive and kind. Beds super comfy and clean. The shower was strong and lovely. If I come back to Crete which I really hope I will I would love to stay at this place again, it really felt like home.

The house was very clean and everything worked. It is a small apartment, but it has many facilities: a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc. The photos give a good idea of the apartment. It is a 30 minute walk to the old town.

Building had all the modern amenities I could hope for including washing machine, cooker, shower. Bed was very comfortable and air-conditioning was good and modern. Crete archaeological museum is very close by as well as a supermarket and pizzeria. Building has a unique modern design. Bus facilities nearby. It is more peaceful that in the town centre

Building is a 25 minute walk from chania to town centre but bus facilities are available

The look of the interior is nice.

Our flights was delayed by 3 hours and we arrived at the property at 10 pm. We didn't receive a code to open the lock through msgs. I was trying to contact the property for more than one hour to send me the key code. It was very frustrating. Their contact number on the booking website is wrong and after more that 20 phone calls they send me the correct one. When finally enter the house there was a very strong smell of closure and humidity because of the natural stone of the interior. On top of that the house was full of spiders climbing the wall behind the bed and my wife couldn't sleep.
