Tudo estava perfeito, superou as expectativas a proprietária super simpática deu-nós flexibilidade de horário no check-in e no check-out, recebeu nós com um vinho da zona e um folar da Páscoa. E não podiamos deixar de referir a importância de podermos levar a nossa cadela que adorou tanto ou mais que nós e a proprietária super querida deixou logo pronto tigelas para a água e ração e uma caminha. Adoramos esses cuidados.

A casa em si é maravilhosa e tem todas as condições para umas boas férias. A casa e piscina são maiores do que se julga. Piscina muito boa. Espaço envolvente ótimo. A casa tem tudo o que é preciso.

Para quem tem dificuldade em dormir com qualquer barulho que seja, os telhados estalam toda a noite, mas digo toda a noite... estalam devido à madeira o qual o motivo é a dilatação. Incomodou bastante as nossas noites não dormindo bem. De resto tudo ótimo.

We loved the attention to detail, the responsiveness of the hosts who also gave us good tips regarding things to do in the area, restaurants etc.

Authentic village location Good communication Very clean Well designed house with a good outside space.

Our host Ana met us at the property with fresh vmbread and biscuits made locally. We were running very late so we're grateful for her patience. The property was spotlessly clean and there was every facility required for a great stay. The property is completely renovated to a modern standard with lots of traditional touches. There were ample amount of plug sockets which is useful with all the electronic gadgets we use. The showers were great with plenty of hot running water. The kitchen is well equipped and again a modern design. The outdoor terrace area is lovely for sitting at all times of day and for barbecuing. The pool area I'd a perfect suntrap for sunbathing. The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off and the outdoor shower was also a bonus. The photos of the property on site don't do it justice. The locals in the village were some of the friendliest people we have encountered abroad. The local cafe/bars are great for coffee,beers and snacks. Our favourite was Cafe Central. There is also a small shop which has all essentials and fresh bread daily. The location of the property is perfect for a tranquil holiday. There is a short walk to the Roman bridge which we found pleasurable. We also drove to Praia Fluvia at Albegaria da Fosa which was absolutely stunning. Great for bathing and enjoying the sun or fishing. The restaurant there was great for lunch. We drove to Evora on another day which takes about 45 minutes. It is a lovely day out with interesting Roman buildings and souvenir shops for gifts. There were plenty of restaurants also. During the holiday Ana was a very attentive and helpful host . We look forward to returning.
