Spacious for the group, warm and beautiful veiws

Steep driveway but got use to it

Amazing views, close to town, not too far for the bus to The Remarkables, Woodstove, Netflix.

Drive too steep to comfortably and safely use for our van. Generally parked on the street. There was also an issue the week before the stay when booking.com suddenly cancelled the booking. There was no reminder or indication of when the payment would be taken out and a payment didn’t go through resulting in immediate cancellation. We had to suddenly rebook the property which was a bit stressful, wondering if we would lose it.

Very close to the Lake Wakatipu Viewpoint. It’s a 2 km nice 30 min walk downhill to the Queenstown Centre. Return journey take an uber. The property is nice and cozy , good for family with young kids ( 4 bunk beds in 1 room) . The living Room is spacious and kitchen well equipped , overall good value for money.

Whole house with all facilities is great, close to town + Airport, woollies etc

The ‘compendium’ probably needs more detail- ie where to find things in the house., what to do with left over food - when to put bins out if they came during your stay. The driveway is good for experienced drivers in all conditions, but we parked on the road as it is a treacherous street and not approachable from both directions! It was a lovely house - sorry for the teenager who figured out how to get on the roof.

Nice bathrooms

No access to garage, owner keeps the car in the garage. Difficult to drive up the steep driveway . Access to the garage would make it easier to drive in and out without reversing many times. To charge over $550 a day and not to give access to the garage it is unfair. Second bad thing is open upper bedroom without the door restricting privacy. Third inadequate thing is the broken carpet joining the kitchen and dining area which is dangerous and unsafe. In general the carpet is very old in the whole house. Fourth thing is access to the house , no code to access the house via main door. The fifth thing was no access to the internet on arrival. I had to call next day to get it fixed. Fortunately we had friends from New Zealand who had the phone otherwise we would not be able to call the agency. It cannot be rated more than 3 stars with all these above mentioned failures and the price is definitely too high.

Great views, comfortable, had everything we needed.

Only suggestion would be the TV needs upgrading, 4 remotes to turn TV on!

There located at the beautiful and gorgeous spot for the lake and mountain views.

The wifi was quite slow when using by many users.

The views from the property were stunning. Location was good too, near to the town centre. Property itself is excellent and well stocked.

Our request for early checking and late checkout was not considered. But that's OK as it did not matter at the end and we did not need it.
