Perfect place wth no crowds, quiet, few minutes by walk to coast and mountains. Apartament was very well prepaired, everything was clean. fresh food waiting for us in refrigarator and in te kitchen table was big suprise for us.

We really loved our stay at Casa da Fazenda. The house is really beautiful and well equipped. The garden is a dream. We enjoyed staying in a smaller town, away from the hustle and bustle of Ponta Delgada, but were still able to easily reach other destinations all over the island.

Some of the doors (front door and second bedroom door) were very hard to shut. We had to slam the bedroom door very hard in order to close it, which was very loud and disruptive. There was also a slight smell of sewage on the terrace in the mornings, probably from the septic tank.

Very quiet area, and lots of outside space

The house was big, clean, comfortable and cozy. The terras and the garden were wonderful with a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. The host was kind and responded very quickly.

It would be perfect if the matresses of the beds were a bit softer, but that is of course a personal preference.

House is located on the northeast side of the island. It was a fantastic location if you prefer quite and no traffic. It is a rural part of the island.. Lovely people everywhere!
