Belle Isle Castle and Cottages

Lovely and peaceful, couldn't be more away from the hustle and bustle. Great facilities.

A small welcome pack of basics, mill, tea etc would have been good in case visitors had forgotten them.

Beautiful surroundings, stunning spacious apartment, stunning bathrooms, excellent showers, comfortable beds.

Areas of apartment need slight attention to detail, i.e handle on one of bathroom doors loose, some paint flaking in both bathrooms ( although both bathrooms were stunning). Kitchen could do with a few pans, there was no frying pan and lack of cereal bowls ( only large pasta bowls). If you were to be picky potentially add TVs to bedrooms and a coffee pod machine in kitchen as there are no shops / coffee shops close by within walking distance.

Dated kitchen. Dishwasher door broken and had been for a long time. Stained bedsheets. Shame they aren’t putting more effort in. The property is for sale and it seems attention to things is lacking because of that.
