More Crete Village House in Koutouloufari - 6 guests - Pool

A very spacious, comfortable apartment located in a special place among cousy caffee shops and restaurants. We were greeted by impeccable cleanliness. The internet and household equipment worked well. The bath worked the same way and was really enjoible for our kid.

Nothing, apart a small recommendation to supplement with more kitchen accessories.

The house was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The view was spectacular, the photos can not do it justice. It is like walking into a picture. The restaurants and amenities are within walking distance. You can't go wrong in any of the restaurants. Even with it being in the middle of town, the windows ensure that it is quiet in the house. The balcony is not overlooked. We sat there every morning having our coffee looking out to the sea. Bliss. It is a 25-minute walk down to Hersonisos, and it is easy enough to get a taxi back up. This was less than €10. You can get a bus from Hersonisos to Heraklion or toward Agios Nicholaos. A taxi to the beach in Stalis - a lovely sandy beach - was less than €15. The sunbeds vary from €5 for 2 beds and an umbrella to €15. Ask first for all prices, whether it is the sunbed or taxi as these varied.

Nothing the place is perfect and we would return.

This is a luxury home, not your usual holiday accommodation on Crete. All the mod cons you could wish for, well equipped kitchen with full fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, plenty pots and pans, dishes, utensils, condiments, microwave and washing machine. The fridge was also thoughtfully stocked with wine, beer and water. The location is so central in the village yet when you’re sat on balcony it is as if you’re a million miles away.

As the balcony is shaded all day the only thing for me personally that could have improved this beautiful property would be to cut the trees/bushes back in the garden (not away just back), allowing enough sunlight and space for a longer.

very modern, clean and HUGE

This place is awesome! High standard, all necessary things fitted & equipped (hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron & ironing board, kitchen utensils, pans, hobs, modern cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and many more). Air con in each room (two bedrooms and living room). Plenty of space! Three bathrooms. Jacuzi equipped. There was 6 of us, and this place can easily accomodate another 4 persons. Plenty of light, finishing and decoration in good taste. Location is very good, between two restaurants (Oniro and Laini), with its own parking space. It is in Koutouloufari main street where are plenty of restaurants, taverns, shops etc. Very live place. This place is very recommended to stay.

I cannot think of anything to complain, maybe some sort of noise at early night hours coming from nearby restaurants, but this is independent from the villa's owner.
