Roydons - Kaiteriteri Upstairs Holiday Unit

Beautiful home with amazing views.

This is a beautiful home set high on a hill with 180 degree views of the ocean and Kaiteriteri Beach. Ocean views from nearly every room in the house. The lounge and common areas are spacious and comfortable. One bedroom has a king bed with the others twin (single) beds. Great for a small family. Kitchen was clean and well appointed.

A little challenging to find, the biggest drawback of this property is the management company (Bachcare). It's too bad because the property itself is gorgeous and the story behind it is great. First of all, the directions to the house need to be more detailed. We took several wrong turns to find it based solely on GPS. Second, the keys are in a lockbox down low across from the entrance that was nearly impossible to find in the dark. Finally, the management company does not supply body wash or shampoo for this property. We arrived late after a long, hot day of traveling and had to use hand soap from the kitchen. When we inquired, it took 2 days to respond, by that time we had purchased our own and had moved on to a new town.
