Amazing location. Easy access for our tweens to come and go. Comfortable beds. Nice shady spots to keep cool in the hot weather.

It is expensive for what it is (it’s the time of year) and could do with a bit of an upgrade of a few things. The upstairs rooms are hot but the kids were fine there with the fans.

"Great little batch in Kaiteriteri"

Location was fantastic batch comfortable and tidy

Kitchen only had 1 stoveplate. Needed two on the couple of times we cooked.
