臥室僅離隔壁木屋，睡覺時都會聽到隔壁聲音，連上廁所沖水都能聽見。以此價格入住，應為獨立木屋，非與隔壁出租木屋僅有一牆之隔，對噪音敏感的人，須注意此點。
NZThe house was in a good location, and the bed was comfortable.
Sky TV did not work which meant we missed some sporting events during our stay. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was not working. We told staff in Discover Tekapo office and they were very good and they got tradesmen out to fix the issues, however, they couldn't fix the issues so we had a freezing cold bathroom for 4 nights ....hardly Luxury accommodation standards. Having paid almost $3500 for 4 nights we expected better. The dining table was very marked, there were no place mats, there was a small carton of milk and very little else to welcome us. We have stayed in a few places on this trip and everywhere else we were welcomed by bottles of wine or chocolates. This owner obviously doesn't feel that his guests are worth pampering. If that's the case he should remove the adjective "Luxury" from his description in the advert, as it certainly doesn't deserve that title. Probably one of the worst places we've stayed at and certainly the poorest value property we have encountered in NZ.
AUThe views from a luxury apartment with everything you need to base yourself to explore the Tekapo region. Comfortable bed, great kitchen/bbq if you fancied coming. The star watching and photographic options are magical. We loved it, would recommend
Minor but the bedroom is next to the adjoining property so you can hear next door very easily and probably vice a versa 😳
