Locatie, ook de ligging en het gebouw op zich.

Bij inchecken verstond ik de dame aan de telefoon niet. Sprak veel te snel. Toen ik haar poogde te stoppen met praten was ik zeer onbeleefd volgens haar. Ook was het bankstel enorm vies.
